TLD Robotics Merges EasyMile and TractEasy to Scale Autonomous Ground Fleets

ALVEST is bringing its autonomous ground vehicle businesses under a single roof. The company is combining EasyMile and TractEasy into a new entity called TLD Robotics, a move that pulls together vehicle platforms, software and deployment know-how in one place.

The reorganization reflects a broader shift in the autonomous ground operations sector, where the focus is moving from pilot projects toward managing much larger fleets. By uniting the two operations, ALVEST aims to streamline how its autonomous solutions reach customers rather than running separate, parallel efforts.

TLD Robotics will now carry forward the combined capabilities of both EasyMile and TractEasy as demand grows for automated movement of people and goods in controlled environments.
