Renault Launches UK Order Books for Refreshed Scenic E-Tech and Megane E-Tech

Renault has started taking UK orders for the upgraded Scenic E-Tech and Megane E-Tech, following their earlier European debut. British buyers can now configure the facelifted electric models at £33,245 and £28,245 respectively, with both figures reflecting the full £3,750 Electric Car Grant (ECG) deduction.

The revised Scenic E-Tech’s 220 Long Range variant now carries an 89 kWh battery, extending WLTP range to 642 km (399 miles). Despite maximum DC charging staying at 150 kW, a recalibrated charging curve trims the 15-80 per cent top-up from 37 minutes down to 28. A 67 kWh LFP battery option is also planned for the range. UK trims span Techno, Techno Esprit Alpine and Iconic Esprit Alpine.

For the updated Megane E-Tech, Renault swaps the outgoing 60 kWh pack for a 67 kWh LFP unit, lifting WLTP range to 493 km (306 miles). DC charging peaks climb from 130 kW to 165 kW, enabling a 15-80 per cent charge in 24 minutes. It arrives in Techno and Esprit Alpine grades. Both cars gain styling tweaks inside and out, reworked driver assistance features, and the latest openR link infotainment with Google built in.
