MAN Partners Join Forces: €700M for European Service and Charging Expansion

MAN Truck & Bus is significantly ramping up its European presence. The commercial vehicle maker has announced a substantial increase in investment aimed at expanding and modernizing its service and sales network across the continent. This move is a direct response to the growing demand for electric trucks and the need for comprehensive aftersales support.

The total investment, which combines funds from MAN itself along with contributions from its dealers and partners, is set to reach around €700 million by the end of 2030. This figure marks a notable bump from earlier projections, underscoring the company’s commitment to staying ahead in the rapidly evolving commercial EV market. The focus extends beyond just physical outlets to include the crucial charging infrastructure that fleet operators rely on.

By bolstering its network, MAN aims to reduce downtime for operators and ensure that the transition to zero-emission transport is as smooth as possible. The expanded footprint will cover key logistics corridors, making it easier for hauliers to plan long-distance routes with confidence.
