ETEK Expands DC Fast Charging Portfolio From 20 kW Compact Boxes to 600 kW Split Systems

ETEK Electric has laid out a broad DC fast charging catalog that stretches from small footprint installations all the way up to high-power depot infrastructure. At the entry level sits the EKDC1 series, a compact unit rated between 20 and 60 kW, while the top of the range is occupied by the EKDC6, a split system delivering 240 to 600 kW. Every charger in the family is built around the OCPP 1.6J communication standard, so operators can plug the hardware into a wide range of back-end management platforms without proprietary lock-in.

Connector flexibility is another theme running through the lineup. Buyers can specify CCS1, CCS2, GB/T or CHAdeMO plugs, which lets the same product family serve markets with different regional standards rather than requiring separate hardware lines. That kind of configurability matters for fleet operators and charge point operators working across borders or serving mixed vehicle fleets.

Sitting in the middle of the range is the EKDC2, a floor-standing station fitted with two connectors. ETEK positions it for commercial sites, fleet depots and similar locations where vehicles need to cycle through charging bays regularly. The combination of a dual-connector layout and OCPP 1.6J compliance suggests the unit is aimed at operators who want to manage sessions remotely, track usage and integrate payments through their existing software stack.
