BYD Builds Out UK Aftersales Network With Vizion Tie-Up

BYD is widening the support it offers to British customers after the sale, rolling out a dedicated Approved Repair network across the country. The Chinese carmaker is not going it alone: it has teamed up with Vizion, a body that coordinates vehicle repair centres on a scale unmatched elsewhere in the UK market.
The partnership gives BYD drivers a broader set of accredited workshops for servicing and collision work, an area where newer brands often lag behind established rivals. By plugging into an existing repair infrastructure rather than building one from scratch, the manufacturer can extend its reach more quickly.
No figures on the number of participating sites, launch dates or investment have been disclosed, and further details of how the programme will operate remain unclear.
