BMW Reshuffles Leadership in Switzerland and M Division

BMW Group has announced two high-level executive appointments affecting its Swiss sales organization and its M performance division. Sylvia Neubauer will take charge as President and CEO of BMW (Schweiz) AG, overseeing the company’s operations in one of its established European markets. In a separate move, Michelle Roberts steps into a senior position at BMW M GmbH, where she will oversee brand strategy alongside customer relations and the sales function.
The appointments signal the automaker’s continued focus on strengthening both its regional market presence and its performance sub-brand. BMW (Schweiz) AG has long served as a key distribution arm for the group’s vehicles in Switzerland, while BMW M GmbH stands at the center of the company’s high-performance lineup, including electrified performance models.
Details on when the transitions take effect, as well as further information about the broader management structure, were not disclosed in the announcement. Additional background on the appointees’ previous roles was also not provided.
