Versinetic Unveils Charge Controller Boards That Let Two AC Sockets Share One Brain

Versinetic, a consultancy focused on EV charger design, is introducing a pair of charge controller boards aimed at manufacturers building AC charging equipment. The two products, named CongaEEL and MinnoRay, split the workload between power management and communications respectively.

The design premise behind CongaEEL is straightforward: a single board handles power control, and two of them can be linked to one shared controller so a dual-socket AC charger does not require a dedicated controller for each outlet. That arrangement lets manufacturers consolidate electronics across two charging points instead of duplicating the control hardware.

The boards are positioned for companies that already make AC chargers and want to reduce the component count inside their units. Versinetic has not disclosed pricing, availability dates, or detailed technical specifications beyond the basic description of the two boards. The consultancy’s background in charger design suggests the launch targets OEMs and equipment builders looking for off-the-shelf control electronics rather than custom development.
