The company aims to achieve a cost of 150 USD per kilowatt-hour and an energy density of 400 Wh/kg, which would represent a significant leap over current lithium-ion batteries.

Solid-state batteries are widely seen as the next major step for electric vehicles, offering higher energy density, faster charging, and improved safety.
