Zeekr's October Deliveries Hit 32,483, But the Record Streak Is Over

Zeekr closed out October with 32,483 vehicles delivered, a 51.63% jump over the same month last year. That sounds healthy on paper — but it also snaps a run of six straight monthly delivery records for Geely’s premium electric brand.
October volume slipped 12.72% from September’s 37,216 units, the first month-on-month drop since January. Before this, Zeekr had stacked up eight consecutive months of simultaneous year-on-year and sequential growth, stretching from February through September.
Even so, October lands as the brand’s sixth-best month ever, and it sits below only September and August in the 2026 order of things. The year-ago comparison was always going to be a tough one: Zeekr moved 21,423 vehicles in October 2025 after posting 17.34% sequential growth that month.
Growth Is Still There — Just Slower
Twelve consecutive months of year-on-year gains is nothing to shrug at. What’s changed is the pace. October’s 51.63% increase is the mildest of 2026 so far; for the nine months before it, growth stayed above 70%, including a 103.85% surge in September.
On a cumulative basis, Zeekr has delivered 320,887 vehicles in the first ten months, up 94.45% year-on-year. Since deliveries started in 2021, the brand’s lifetime tally stands at 963,776 units — 36,224 short of the one-million mark.
2026 Snapshot: 32,483 units in October · +51.63% YoY · −12.72% MoM · 320,887 year-to-date (+94.45%) · 963,776 cumulative since 2021
The 9X Is Doing Heavy Lifting
The flagship 9X hybrid SUV has become a pillar of the lineup. On October 21, Zeekr marked the model’s first anniversary by confirming cumulative deliveries above 85,000 units, with an average transaction price north of 530,000 yuan ($78,940).
That’s premium territory, and it gives the brand a profitable anchor while it manages the transition into updated product.
What’s Coming Down the Pipeline
Several refreshes are lined up to keep the sales engine running:
- 2027 Zeekr 7X — scheduled for launch in the fourth quarter of this year
- 2027 Zeekr 001 — the shooting brake update is planned for the first quarter of 2027
- 007 GT — an Australian launch is set for the fourth quarter, following its rollout across 16 European countries
Zeekr has been steadily exporting the 007 GT, an electric shooting brake that will wear the 7GT badge in Australia. The model made its public debut at the Sydney EV show ahead of its Q4 arrival.
The short version: one soft month doesn’t rewrite the story, but the brand now has to prove the streak break is a pause rather than a trend.
