Rivian Spin-Off ALSO Takes Its Long-Delayed E-Bikes on a US Tour Instead of Delivering to Customers

ALSO, the electric bike venture spun out of Rivian, is finally putting its futuristic TM-B e-bikes on the road across the United States. But the bikes are not heading to the customers who placed orders nearly a year ago. Instead, they are going on a promotional tour.

That means buyers who have been waiting for their pre-ordered machines still do not have them in their garages. The company is showcasing the TM-B to the public before fulfilling the orders that were placed long ago.

The move highlights the gap between ALSO’s public rollout and its delivery commitments. While the tour gives more people a chance to see the e-bike in person, it does little to address the frustration of customers who have been waiting months for the product they paid for.
