London Cycling Festival Crosses 2,500 Bookings Ahead of September 20 Return

Organisers of the London Cycling Festival have logged more than 2,500 ticket reservations as the event builds toward its Sunday, September 20 date. The programme, delivered jointly by the London Cycling Campaign and the capital’s councils, will unfold across 28 boroughs with no-cost cycling activities on offer.

Backing for the festival comes from shared-mobility operators Lime and Voi, alongside the Zero Emissions Network. Their involvement underlines how micro-mobility companies are increasingly attaching their brands to community-level cycling initiatives rather than only fleet launches.

More than 30 family-friendly attractions are lined up, according to the organisers, positioning the festival as a broad public engagement push rather than a niche sport event. Full programme details are expected as the September date approaches.
