Leapmotor Hits New Global Sales Peak in August, Crossing 100,000 Mark Again

Chinese electric vehicle maker Leapmotor has announced a fresh record for monthly global deliveries, with 103,129 units handed over in August. This performance marks the second consecutive month that the company has surpassed the six-figure threshold, underscoring its accelerating international momentum.

According to the company’s latest figures, August deliveries climbed 80.7% compared with the same period last year. However, the month-on-month growth was tamer at just 1.84%, indicating a slight cooling after the previous month’s exceptional surge.

This sustained delivery strength highlights how Leapmotor is leveraging both domestic sales and expanding overseas footprints, particularly in European markets through its strategic partnerships. The automaker has been steadily increasing production capacity to meet rising demand across multiple regions.
