Kia Launches UK Order Books for EV3, EV4 and EV5 GT Performance Variants

Kia has started taking UK orders for the sportiest versions of its compact electric line-up. The EV3 GT, EV4 GT and EV5 GT first appeared at January’s Brussels Motor Show, and all three join the brand’s range as the first GT-badged cars built on the 400-volt edition of the Hyundai E-GMP platform.
Each model pairs an 81.4 kWh battery with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. The chassis and software have been reworked for sharper responses, bringing electronically controlled suspension, electronic dynamic torque vectoring, launch control and Kia’s six-speed Virtual Gear Shift feature, which mimics gearchanges through the accelerator, steering-wheel paddles and generated engine sound.
British pricing opens at £48,695 for the EV3 GT, which delivers 215 kW and 468 Nm, a 0-62 mph time of 5.7 seconds and up to 334 miles of WLTP range. The EV4 GT asks £49,345 for the same 215 kW output, hitting 62 mph in 5.6 seconds with a 313-mile maximum range. Topping the trio is the larger EV5 GT at £54,295, whose dual motors make 225 kW and 480 Nm for a 6.2-second sprint and a quoted range of up to 295 miles.
Kia is selling each GT in a single trim, leaving buyers to pick only the paint colour. Standard kit includes 20-inch alloys, sports seats and GT-specific touches inside and out, while the seven-year/100,000-mile vehicle warranty and eight-year battery cover carry over. Deliveries are pencilled in across the rest of 2026. The newcomers sit above the existing EV6 GT and EV9 GT, extending the performance sub-brand to Kia’s smaller electric offerings.
