International Launches Online Parts Store to Keep Mixed Fleets in Its Dealer Network

International has rolled out a digital storefront aimed at truck and bus operators, giving mixed-fleet customers a single online counter where they can order both OEM and all-makes parts. The move is designed to hold those buyers inside International’s dealer network rather than letting them drift to third-party suppliers for the components their non-International vehicles require.

By merging branded and multi-brand parts into one purchasing channel, the company is betting that convenience will outweigh the lure of outside vendors. Fleets that run several truck makes often split their parts buying between OEM dealers and independent outlets, and International appears to view that split as an opportunity to capture more of the aftermarket spend.

The approach reflects a broader push among commercial vehicle manufacturers to turn service and parts operations into a steadier source of revenue, particularly as fleets seek faster access to components and streamlined procurement.
