Geely Galaxy TT Launch Set for September 10, Pre-sales from $21,520

Geely has announced that its new Galaxy TT electric sedan will hit the market on September 10, with pre-sale prices already revealed. The model is offered in three rear-wheel-drive configurations, priced between 145,900 yuan (about $21,520) and 169,900 yuan, positioning it as a direct contender in the fiercely competitive EV segment.

The Galaxy TT’s aggressive pricing clearly targets the Xiaomi SU7, which has been a strong seller in China. By undercutting the SU7’s starting price while offering similar specs, Geely aims to capture buyers looking for a premium yet affordable electric performance sedan.

With the launch just days away, Geely is expected to ramp up marketing efforts and deliver the first units to customers shortly after the official debut. The EV landscape in China continues to heat up as more automakers rival Xiaomi’s entry into the market.
