Alpine Teases Third-Generation A110 With Veiled Design Study

Alpine has offered an early glimpse of what its next A110 will look like, revealing a draped design sculpture that will go on public display at the Paris Motor Show starting 12 October 2026. This marks only the third full renewal in the brand’s 71-year history, and the sports car will ride on the newly developed Alpine Performance Platform.

The teaser preserves several signature cues: a stance and proportions inherited from both the original Berlinette and today’s A110, a V-shaped front fascia, a split lighting signature, a shark-nose profile, a teardrop-shaped cabin and muscular wheel arches. Alpine’s designers used the veil technique—typically employed to evaluate a car’s proportions without exposing final surfaces—and said the form was inspired by Concorde piercing the sound barrier.

Earlier in July, a development mule known as the A110 Future ran at Goodwood’s Festival of Speed, wearing stretched bodywork borrowed from the current model. Alpine has not disclosed powertrain details, dimensions, pricing or launch timing, nor has it confirmed whether the next A110 will be electric. The platform was first presented in spring 2026 as part of Renault Group’s FutuREady strategy.
